Adobe Announces CS4

September 25, 2008 | | Comments 0
Adobe announced the release of CS4 Suite of tools today. One of the most exciting features is tabbed windows. Your open windows are accessed by tabs, no more moving windows around to find the one you want or having to go to the Window menu to bring your window forward. You even have several window layout options to choose from. Most amazing feature?

That’s got to be the Content-Aware Scale feature. I’m not even sure how to describe it you’ve got to see it in action. One of the best features I’ve seen so far is support for OpenGL this allows dynamic Zooming and high resolution at all zoom levels. They’ve integrated the Graduated Filter and Adjustment Brush that is in Lightroom 2.0 into Camera Raw. They’ve also updated Bridge with many features that appear in Lightroom for organizing images like the creation of Collections. Shipping 10/15/2008. I’ve got my upgrade ordered, do you?
